Summer Forever Boutique was a family owned online clothing & swimwear fashion store, which was established in Sydney in 2014. We offer a series of bikinis, one-pieces, kids swimwear, men’s swimming pants, dresses, bras and accessories for you.
We provide high quality products and excellent services to you. All our items are under affordable prices, and are dispatched from our Sydney base to the whole Australia and World Wide through Australia Post Office.

Our expert tailors can assist you in the design and production of your tailor made swimsuits, if you are looking for an amazing tailor made experience. Please contact to our Customer Service.

We do have a family owned factory. If you are a wholesaler, our factory can product variety of swimwear according to your requirement. Further information, please send us email or contract us immediately.

TERM & CONDITION

As friendly as we try to be, there are some terms and conditions that you have to be aware of. These are done not to dictate your preferences, but it is protecting both parties in any disputes.

1. Return is acceptable. For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return. Also, the item must be returned to us is new, unused condition. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached. Be careful when trying on swimwear and clothing to avoid tears or marks.
2. The buyer pays return postage unless item is faulty or we mixed up your order. Defective products must be returned within 15 days from the date you place your order.
3. Refunds will be processed only when the item is returned, or when we receive a tracking number.
4. Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
5. If you’re refunding, we will refund you through PayPal (the same method you used to pay), and email you once complete.
6. We take our efforts to ensure your satisfaction. However, please do contract us if it is unsatisfactory and we will do everything within our control to ensure a pleasant experience. If you have questions, please feel free to email our customer service.

We do have a warehouse in Australia. Please contract our customer service to get Return Address.

Postage and Shipping

Your satisfaction is our priority and we are constantly improving our operations to provide the best service for you

  • All items are in stock and will be dispatched to you within 2 days of your payment being received and verified. (Excluding Weekend and Public Holiday)
  • You may track the progress of your delivery at www.aupost.com.au/track
  • Please make sure your address and personal information are correct. In addition, make sure someone is available to receive the item.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful the package will be transferred to the nearest Australia Post branch awaiting collection.
  • If you do not receive your delivery within the specified timeframe, please do contact us.
